I have a spare bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet space. No furniture will be provided. Rent is $575.00 monthly, including utilities.

Shopping center/restaurants/grocery stores includes; 24 hour Wal-Mart. Hwy 70/Interstate 540 & 40. 5 minutes from RDU Airport and RTP to commute to work.

An ideal roommate would be someone professional, introverted, trustworthy, and can respect privacy of others. Stable employment/work and transportation will be needed. I do not discriminate of race, color, sex or sexual orientation.

No pets, no parties, no drugs, no overnight guests please. I live a Christian lifestyle : )
